DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used during the dates the code is valid (no exceptions). They Cannot be added/applied after the order has been placed.

ALTERING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed by the customer, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please follow the return policy for items that need returned (including an entire order).

SHIPPING

Items will ship within 2-4 business days of your invoice being paid. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. AliRae Boutique is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Please contact the carrier with the tracking number provided should any issue arise.
