Return Policy
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
If the Item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, no animal hair, no smell of smoke, are not final sale, fall within the date range specified in the RETURN POLICY and you must have the receipt. If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the RETURN POLICY below.
RETURN POLICY
Refunds will be in the form of store credit that will be applied to your account for regular priced items (sale/clearance items, hats, jewelry, accessories and gift cards are final sale) that are postmarked 15 business days from the delivery date. Please email aliraeboutique@yahoo.com for a return. Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return for store credit. Due to items selling out quickly, we cannot guarantee that item can be exchanged. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at alirae.customerservice@yahoo.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect with pictures attached.
FINAL SALE (no exceptions)
All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final or on items marked as such. All sales are final on hats, jewelry and accessories. This is for hygienic purposes.
